This neat Mountain Man carving is carved in to a nice chunk of aspen log. He embodies the sprit of the Mountain Man. He has on his head, a carved animal skin cap. Look closely at the picture, you can see the little ears.

He is approx. 9 3/4" tall and the carving itself is about 4". This wood spirit is hand carved from Aspen wood. This one can be hung on a nail or sat on a shelf. No two will ever be alike. Artist's signature and date have been carved into the back. Back also has been flattened and a hole drilled for hanging. Pictures may be a little lighter than the Wood Spirit actually is.
