For sidewalk cracks and rockery areas the barbed tip effectively hooks pesky greenery, making it easy to pull free. To remove tap roots, insert the forked end at the weed's base, then pop it free with a twist of the wrist. The Angle Weeder does the job of two or three competing tools, which makes it a weeding necessity. Made with a stainless steel blade that is secured into a birch handle with industrial epoxy, it's truly a gardener's tool.
1. The angled blade increases leverage so you can pry up tap
roots easily with a twist. (For best results use in moist soil)
2. The barbed tip digs out weeds from sidewalk/driveway cracks,
bricks or pavers - a great edging tool.
3. To attack surface weeds use the Angled Weeder - it grabs the
entire root by sawing beneath the surface weeds. The serrated
teeth grab the roots, unlike smooth blades that just slice the
weeds off at the surface.
Made in the USA.
